The Noble Life Program is a mentorship and coaching system that is conducted completely online meaning it can be accessed and utilised at any time and in any location. We start with 3 initial mindset coaching sessions. 

Without these components, it is only a matter of time before you return to old unhealthy habits.

1. Dig Deep to find the true deeper reasons for your need to improve

yourself & use this to give you . motivation like you've never had before.

  - We start off by looking at why you initially feel you want to change. 

  - Then, we dig deeper into what makes you feel uneasy or unhappy. 

  - We project into the future if nothing is changed about these.

  - We find out your ideal situation in life and your health.

  - We set your range of goals to know where you need to go.

  - We set your 'road map' to get there. 

  - Then we break down these goals into motivators and discover your own personal motivational triggers. 

 

Following though these stages brings you from knowing why you want to change, really feeling that you truly understand the need for a better lifestyle and what will happen if you do nothing about it. Then into realising exactly where you want to be and how to get there. From here you'll then be able to identify and create physical items which will 'trigger' you back through this motivational journey every time you look at them.

 

Simply put, this has the power to completely change the way you look at your lifestyle.

2. Improve your Life Skills using tools and strategies to better your stress

& time management, giving you the ability to set yourself up for a

lifetime of success.

The methods we use:

 

  - Record how you spend a typical day in your life.

  - Identify what triggers you emotionally and what can be seen as time

wasted throughout your day.

  - Explore what can be removed to create more time and less stress from your day.

  - After removing your bad habits and triggers, it’s time to set some better habits and trigger management.

  - Once we know what must change and what to change we implement pre-planning and set methods to manage stress levels.

 

This is not something flimsy like a daily timetable or counting to ten. The methods to be set will be made specific by dissecting every hour of your day, and figure out the best way for you to dominate towards a healthier lifestyle and feeling full-of-life every day.

 

This is a big step in becoming the man that you have always wanted to be.

3. Correcting your priorities by coaching you through the true and clear

start to decline and if projected into the future without change, the eventual reality is difficulty in relationships, imbalanced hormone levels, unhappiness, illness and potentially a shortened life span.

MOTIVATION AND LEARNING POINTS TO ENGAGE YOUR MINDSET

As part of the program, you’ll be given regular motivational subjects, learning points and objectives which can be brought up for discussion at the weekly video call. This assists in keeping you to the best path that puts your health, energy, motivation, training, and well-being above all else.

 

This will make sure that you not only get life-changing results but actually maintain them long-term.

WEEKLY LIVE VIDEO ROUNDTABLE COACHING SESSIONS

The weekly roundtable meetings are conducted using video conferencing. In these weekly meetings we’ll have a number of the community members all on the same video call to discuss some of the points raised throughout the week and give everyone a chance to ask live questions, discuss points as a group and have their say. 

  • Scheduled every week.

  • Everyone has the chance to have their say and ask any questions.

  • All members have the chance to learn from each others as well as from the coaching subjects.  

  • The roundtables boost the group moral and bond the community. 

LIVE VIDEO HOT-SEAT COACHING SESSIONS

NUTRITIONAL COACHING TO IMPROVE YOUR CURRENT DIET

One of the biggest problems with meal plans is that they are near impossible to follow over the long term. This means that the benefit of following them is temporary. I'll coach you the basics of nutrition which will allow you to make judgments on your current nutritional intake to gradually clean up and improve your diet for long term success. Nutritional improvement is also addressed weekly within the community to ensure coaching availability as required.

You’ll be tracking your nutritional intake with your phone every single day which

allows you to track and monitor your intakes, making sure that you’re on target for a balanced nutritional intake.

AN EFFECTIVE WORKOUT REGIME THAT YOU CAN WORK WITH

You'll be coached through the basics and set a simple workout regime that you'll be able to fit around your busy life. I’ll coach you to build that functional fitness and physique you'll need to become your best self.

You’ll get your workout schedule pushed to your phone and email every single day you have a workout scheduled, this allows you to track and measure your results, making sure that you’re on target for your fitness goals.
